I recently bought a Nissan Navara from FJ Chalke Wincanton and couldn't be happier. The team were knowledgeable, helpful and highly professional - they really did go above and beyond for me. In my opinion, if you are buying a Navara then there really is only one place to get it from!

I had my NP300 de-chromed by FJ Chalke. I am an absolute perfectionist and am so often disappointed by shoddy workmanship and goods that are not up to standard or as described and poor fit. So I was pleasantly surprised when I picked it up this morning, surprised is not the right word; overwhelmed would be a better description! They had by far exceeded my expectations, plus the level of care and ability to actually listen to what I wanted was second to none. So my thanks to the bodyshop and especially Steve Downton the Bodyshop Manager who is a real asset to the company.

My experience at FJ Chalke Business Centre was cracking because from my first enquiry to the handover of the vehicle nothing was too much trouble. The salesman Jordan was more than helpful and answered all of my questions during the initial enquiry right up to us collecting our new Nissan Navara Tekna. We made enquiries with three other Nissan dealerships and Jordan was the only one to fully follow up on the enquiry. Also when Jordan went on holiday a young lady called Shannon stepped in and continued with sorting our personal number plate change and making sure that all went well in Jordan's absence.

We picked up our Nissan Navara on Saturday morning; we'd never bought a car like this before - ie over the phone, basically. The whole experience from getting a price to collection has been absolutely seamless and brilliantly handled by Jordan Brown.

Our local dealer refused to move on price and you appeared to be the cheapest in the country. In spite of being a large multi franchise dealer your customer care has been brilliant; every query and phone call I have made has been answered on the same day to the best of Jordan's ability and to our satisfaction. He advised on accessories (we want the car for towing a caravan so aren't really 'business' users) which is the norm for this type of vehicle.

We arranged to collect the car to suit ourselves and Jordan came in for the handover in spite of it being his day off - fantastic really given we know they work so hard. Our welcome at the dealership couldn't have been nicer with the offer of a cup of tea coffee immediately (and they didn't know we'd travelled!). Jordan even helped transfer our equipment from the part-ex car into the new one and set-up the Bluetooth and sat nav - having already wiped the car down as it had rained!

Every passing employee of yours came and made a nice comment about either the car our private plate or the dog - we felt completely looked after. The icing on the cake - those little personal touches - the letter from your director - signed personally and not printed - what a refreshing change, the little FJ Chalke dog sticker on the tailgate - we just love that, and the biscuits - locally sourced and printed - a master stroke - we've only ever had this sort of service from BMW Mini, and even then your personal touches probably exceed what they manage to offer.

And finally the car! With a 120 mile journey back to our glamping pod(!) my wife was dreading the drive-in such a big machine. Happily you'd never know it was so big - refined, comfy and lovely to drive we enjoyed every minute of it and arrived back as fresh as if we'd started - what an amazing vehicle. Needless to say we are absolutely delighted with the whole experience and more so as we are confident we couldn't have done a better deal!

A huge thank you to all involved and especially Jordan for his work in sourcing for us a car we are absolutely delighted with. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone who is prepared to travel - and have already - THANK YOU!
